- Identify and support new business opportunities across Pharma and Diagnostics markets
- Contribute to the development of selected customer accounts and partner relationships
- Support distributor development, including qualification, onboarding, and follow-up
- Participate in commercial discussions, opportunity tracking, and customer coordination
- Support the preparation of product launches and market entry initiatives
- Contribute to pricing reviews, market analyses, and business case preparation
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and sales tools
- Support the preparation and follow-up of congresses and industry events
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and R&D
- Maintain CRM data, reporting, and commercial documentation
- Support internal coordination and customer follow-up activities
- Completed academic studies in biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Around 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in life sciences, pharma, diagnostics, or medical technology
- Experience in B2B commercial environments and customer-facing roles
- Technical understanding of life-science products & commercial mindset with structured and solution-oriented working style
- Exposure to marketing strategy, pricing, or commercial project work is an advantage
- Experience in SMEs, start-ups, or consultancy environments is a plus
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow within the role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
