- Manage and grow a private client portfolio consisting of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals from Poland
- Actively develop new client relationships in the region, including regular travel for business development and client meetings
- Deliver tailored financial advice, investment strategies, and bespoke solutions to meet a wide range of client needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists across investment management, wealth planning, and advisory services to provide holistic solutions
- Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards applicable in both Switzerland and the clients' jurisdictions
- At least 10 years of successful experience as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker serving clients from Poland
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention within the target region
- Proven ability to generate revenue and attract new assets under management (AuM).
- Strong understanding of the financial, legal, and regulatory landscape in Poland
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, private banking services, global compliance considerations, and financial markets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
