University Degree or equivalent, with a first successful experience in an Analyst or Retail Performance position
Experience in a Premium or Luxury Retail Business is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present significant amounts of data with accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive and autonomous with a constant drive for improvement
Team player with empathy and the ability to build relationships across diverse cultural environments and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Languages: fluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus
Familiarity with performance and data management systems (PowerBI, GCP, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
