- Analyzing laboratory processes and organizational structures (e.g., sample flow, turnaround times, equipment workflows, processes, and infrastructure) to identify specific customer needs and issues through data collection and on-site observations.
- Collaborating with architects, facility managers, and contractors to define environmental requirements (e.g., water, power, waste management).
- Assisting customers in developing site readiness plans and providing high-quality documentation and deliverables (such as final layouts and technical specification packages).
- Designing and developing customer proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of Inpeco's solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's business, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Preparing and delivering presentations-both internally and to customers-highlighting solution value, key differentiators, and potential efficiency gains or cost savings.
- Supporting the team in tender processes, contributing technical and solution-related expertise, particularly for complex and automation-driven projects. Based on experience, coordinating Project teams in defining and submitting the most appropriate technical solution.
- Assisting the Project Manager (PM) in customer discussions related to transition and change management, ensuring a smooth implementation process, especially for automation or large-scale projects.
- Fostering long-term partnerships with customers, contributing to solution optimization and the strengthening of business relationships over time.
- Master's or bachelor's degree of Architecture, biomedical sciences, Laboratory Technology, or Engineering with a focus on Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, or Biology. Experienced Engineering surveyors or Education in Architectural studies.
- Fluency in English, enabling active interaction with colleagues across countries and during customer facing sessions. High proficiencies in French or German are desirable.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong visualization and design skills, with proficient use of Autodesk design tools (e.g., AutoCAD). Familiarity with construction industry standards and best practices within healthcare environments is highly valued.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling (Blender) is a value added.
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows and market dynamics preferred, along with experience in laboratory consulting, commercial teams, and/or project management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, combined with solid technical expertise and a natural affinity for IT systems and tools
- Interest of workflow analysis and optimization (e.g. LEAN). High proficiencies are desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Sales, Business, Marketing, and Service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively address both commercial and technical inquiries.
