As a strong leadership personality with organizational talent, you ensure the smooth operation of the restaurants.   • Degree from a recognized Swiss hotel management school
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in fine dining
  • Fluent German and English; French and Italian are an asset
  • Strong presence in the restaurant with a genuine passion for top-class guest service
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • Personal integrity combined with a proactive and solution-oriented work approach
  • High quality awareness, attention to detail, and clear team orientation
