You will play a key role in supporting the Global Loyalty Team and the markets, assisting in Nespresso Loyalty program development, and contributing to the overall growth and engagement of our member base.A Day in the Life of a Loyalty Intern
  • Collect best practices on loyalty activities (personalized rewards and services, local partnerships, events, recycling, etc.) from Nespresso markets, and gather inspirational examples from other brands. Organize the sharing of practices and examples with all Nespresso markets to foster knowledge exchange
  • Participate in Integrated Activity Plan 360 meetings to contribute to the definition and integration of loyalty benefits within the upcoming campaigns
  • Work closely with our creative agency and HQ cross-functional teams on the development of Nespresso Club assets
  • Collaborate with the B2B team to identify global HoReCa partners where Nespresso Loyalty program could establish connections
  • Track and analyze Nespresso Club performance in live markets to evaluate success and collect learnings (awareness, CRM kpis, customer complaints, etc.)
  • Provide operational support in the day-to-day activities of the team
What will make you successful
  • Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Comfortable in collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Business-oriented mindset and project management skills
  • Capacity to challenge existing ways of working and status quo
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
