GoldenSource Engineer vacancy for our Basel based client in the Banking sector.Your tasks:

Lead operational support to ensure business-critical Static and Reference Data applications exceed service expectations
Analyse and design business processes around GoldenSource reference and market data products, translating business needs into technical specifications
Drive enhancement and maintenance of business applications and infrastructure, supporting regular upgrades
Contribute to key projects, ensuring delivery on milestones, deliverables, and budgets
Manage changes to applications, mitigate risks, and communicate with key stakeholders
Develop and support test plans, including user acceptance testing for Reference and Market Data projects

Your experience/knowledge:

5+ years' experience supporting business applications in a banking environment
At least 2 years' experience customising GoldenSource applications or similar static/reference data management solutions (Java, SQL, Powershell, Python)
Strong technical knowledge of Linux and Oracle environments
Track record of contributing to large, business-critical projects
Hands-on experience with source control management, automated testing, and deployment processes
Language skills: English
