Location: Lausanne or OltenOur client, a major player in the Swiss energy sector, is looking for an Application Support Engineer to strengthen its IT Trading Tools & Analysis team.
In this role, you will work directly with Traders, Analysts, and Middle Office, playing a key part in supporting and improving critical business applications.Your responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain applications to meet business requirements-
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for critical applications-
Advise and assist Front Office users with their own developments, promoting best practices-
Propose and implement solutions to optimize and streamline existing toolsYour profile:-
Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent-
Strong skills in Excel/VBA and Python/Pandas-
Solid experience with SQL and Software Engineering-
Knowledge of Linux & Windows administration-
Fluent English (French or German is a plus)-
