Openness and teamwork come naturally to you.You embody genuine hospitality, warm, attentive, and professionally presented, placing others’ wellbeing at the core of your work with a positive, proactive attitude.You are a strong communicator who conveys ideas clearly across all levels, and you align your daily tasks with our broader company goals.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify strategic locations for new docking positions based on operational needs and guest preferences.Liaise with local communities as well as relevant authorities to secure the necessary permissions for new docking spots.Negotiate with relevant authorities to secure favourable terms and contracts.Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new docking positions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.Identify and oversee the acquisition of existing docking positions.Lead efforts to upgrade acquired and existing docking positions.Plan and manage regular maintenance and renewal of certificates and permissions for managed docking spotsSpecific requirementsProfound understanding of the docking position landscape on European RiversKnowledge about current playersAnalytical Qualifications to assess and evaluate potential projectsNegotiation SkillsField Experience of similar projectsProject Management (acquisition and creation)Knowledge of potential development positionsExperience in negotiations with river authorities and communities (licensing, infrastructure,…)Technical understanding of nautical / technical needsForward thinking and identification of possible risksTeamwork with other stakeholdersWhat We OfferAt Uniworld, you’ll join a collaborative workplace where ideas are valued and responsibility is shared early on.
