- Develop compelling content marketing, sales, and lead magnet branded materials such as blogs/articles, data/trend insight reports, press releases, videos, case studies, tutorials, website updates, sales campaign assets, product decks, and physical marketing collateral for events and trade shows;
- Capture, edit, and produce video content, such as customer success stories, explainer videos, demo walkthroughs, short clips, to boost engagement and visibility;
- Manage website, blog, LinkedIn, and newsletter updates;
- Tailor messaging for executives, commercial and technical leaders across the travel industry;
- Generate and qualify leads via manual, highly personalised and targeted outreach (e.g. LinkedIn, email, phone);
- Nurture leads persistently until demo stage; support engagement post-demo until deal closure;
- Contribute to CRM hygiene (Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and pipeline discipline;
- Support sales with enterprise deal cycles, including procurement, licensing, and contracting.
- 4+ years of content marketing experience in b2b;
- Exceptional writing skills — able to produce both high-quality long-form content, and sharp, persuasive copy (ads, email campaigns, landing pages) in superb English;
- Experience using content creation tools (e.g. Jasper, ChatGPT);
- Experience using design and asset creation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Visme, Adobe Creative Cloud);
- Experience using video creation and editing tools (e.g. Synthesia, Riverside, Google Vids);
- 2+ years of B2B sales or sales development experience;
- Proven track record in lead generation, sales pipeline building, and opportunity creation;
- Familiar with CRM and sales tools (Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator);
- Resourceful self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup;
- Highly organised, disciplined, and detail-oriented;
- Excellent English communication skills — verbal, written, and executive presence;
- Existing strong relationships with decision makers across travel, airlines, airports, OTAs, and tourism boards;
- Experience positioning b2b data analytics/AI products;
- Experience supporting enterprise deal cycles (procurement, licensing, multi-year contracts);
- Experience designing and managing paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to drive targeted B2B awareness and lead generation.
