- Day-to-day administration of Swiss and Liechtenstein entities, including incorporation and liquidation of companies, drafting minutes and agreements, and corporate secretarial work
- Processing payments
- Handling all formalities related to bank account openings and maintaining strong relationships with banks and other third parties on behalf of clients
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and standards while contributing to an effective risk culture
- Preparing resolutions, board minutes, general meeting minutes, and responses to KYC requests
- Drafting memorandums and notes on specific transactions and significant trust-related events
- Coordinating client onboarding: preparing KYC documentation, opening bank accounts, and preparing closing binders
- Supporting the risk management process by identifying and reporting risks or risk
control, and compliance requirements * Maintaining hard copy corporate files and ensuring Navision is up to date and accurately populatedRequirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent team player with a high level of autonomy and proactivity
- Fluent English required; Russian/German is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate officer in Big4 or a trust company in Switzerland
- Experience managing Swiss legal entities (AG or GmbH)
- EU/EFTA passport or valid work permit for Switzerland
