  • Oversee the operations control function within the Transfer Agency department.
  • Supervise NSCC fund distribution activities, including daily operations monitoring, monthly oversight responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with all delegation requirements as mandated by the CSSF circular.
  • Supervise TA Asia fund distribution activities, including daily operations monitoring, monthly oversight responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with all delegation requirements as mandated by the CSSF circular.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, and implement controls to minimize errors and fraud.
  • Monitor and assess the accuracy and completeness of transfer agency operations.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of transfer agency operations.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting areas of improvement and performance trends.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including fund managers, clients, auditors, and regulators. Address any operational issues or concerns raised by stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with IT teams to implement and optimize technology solutions that support transfer agency operations control activities. Ensure seamless integration between systems and data sources.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to transfer agency operations. Identify opportunities for process enhancements, system upgrades, or new technology implementations.
Your profile
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Operations Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in transfer agency operations, preferably in a control or oversight role
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Good knowledge of transfer agency processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • NSCC fund distribution expertise, including the Pershing platform model,
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR) and their impact on transfer agency operations.
  • Good understanding of operational risk management and control frameworks.
  • Master main Excel functions.
  • Good knowledge of swift message.
