Most importantly, you’ll make sure our tenants can move in and out without any hassle, and act as their first point of contact when they need support.You’ll work closely with Alara, our Teamlead Real Estate Administration, to optimize internal processes and continuously improve the way we work. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into all areas of the company and become part of a young and ambitious team that’s redefining how people live together.Tasks
You support our tenants as their main point of contact and help them whenever questions or issues arise
You coordinate with partners, tradespeople, and service providers to ensure timely execution of on-site tasks
You handle rental administration, including contracts, terminations, and rent payments
You manage move-ins and move-outs, making sure every move is smooth and stress-free
You review and manage invoices, ensuring accurate allocation, re-invoicing, and payment processing
You assist our operations teamlead with day-to-day operations and contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements
You already work in the real estate sector as a property manager or you are interested in learning this profession
You are an excellent team player and have good communication skills
You have a very good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)
You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs
You have a strong affinity for digital platforms and business models and are willing to familiarize yourself with new programs and apps
You have a strong sense of initiative and are able to solve problems independently
You present yourself in a confident and professional manner, you are communicative and you enjoy working with people
Category B driver's license (car) and willing to work in the field
