- Design, implementation and maintenance of a client communication engine that collects all client communication and makes the collected data available for AI analytics and audit
- Technical lead for the implementation of new features
- Ensure the solution design meets LGT’s architecture guidelines and technical standards
- Create a technical roadmap for the Client Communication Center and management of dependencies
- Break down solution designs into actionable deliverables for your team
- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial solution design
- Resolve technical problems as they arise
- Continuously assess and improve the system architecture
- A solid track record in engineering and software architecture design
- Familiarity with data lakes, GenAI, VoiP and voice transcription
- Experience in process modeling in BPMN or UML
- Basic knowledge in Java and/or JavaScript advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of cloud principles and technologies, various operating systems, databases, integration patterns and methods as well as micro-service architectures
- Excellent communication abilities, including the capability to simplify complex problems for non-technical stakeholders
- Robust organizational and leadership qualities, with experience in agile setups, delivering and refining architecture in drafts and increments, with a capacity to effectively communicate architectural visions both verbally and visually
- An interconnected way of thinking, matching well with a resilient personality that can effectively cope with stress
- A convincing and inspiring persona, demonstrating the ability to make critical decisions and advocate for ideas
