Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: Chief Executive Officer__We are seeking a highly experienced, tech‑savvy, and forward‑thinking Executive Assistant to support our Group CEO in a fast‑paced, international industrial environment. In addition to classic Executive Assistant responsibilities, this role will help modernize and simplify administrative processes, strengthen the use of digital tools, and elevate our HQ Assistant Community. The ideal candidate brings proven experience supporting a Group CEO or equivalent senior leader in a large, multinational company and is eager to contribute to improving how we work.To ensure strong collaboration and impact this role is required to be on site with some remote flexibility.Your ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage the CEO’s intense agenda, global travel, and daily priorities with structure, foresight, and excellent judgment.Prepare and coordinate high‑quality meeting documentation, briefings, and follow‑up actions.Serve as a reliable interface to internal and external stakeholders.Organize small to mid‑size events involving the CEO.Leverage modern collaboration tools (e.g., MS365) to support smooth, efficient, and digital ways of working for the CEO.Handle highly confidential information with integrity.Process Improvement & Technology EnablementReview and streamline administrative processes to increase effectiveness and consistency.Champion the adoption of modern digital tools and approaches to elevate the efficiency of executive and administrative support.Promote improved ways of working across the HQ Assistant Community, enabling a modern and forward‑looking support function.Assistant Community CoordinationDrive new ways of working in the HQ’s Assistant Community by fostering collaboration, best‑practice sharing and flexibility to support other senior leaders as necessary.Facilitate regular exchanges, knowledge‑sharing, and training sessions including AI upskilling.Your BackgroundExtensive experience supporting a Group CEO or similar top‑level executive in a global, multinational company.Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with impeccable attention to detail.High level of digital fluency (MS365, Teams, SharePoint, collaboration tools).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience of leading improvements in ways of workingConfident, service‑oriented, and able to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels.Discreet, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our global leadership team, ensuring the CEO’s effectiveness while helping modernize processes, strengthen digital ways of working, and elevate the success of our wider Assistant Community.Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
