  • Craft and maintain a forward-thinking data strategy aligned with our business goals, leveraging cutting-edge tech like MS Fabric
  • Build a robust governance framework to ensure data quality, security (GDPR/CCPA), and master-data standardization across countries
  • Architect scalable solutions using Azure and on-premises systems
  • Design seamless data integration, modeling, and ETL pipelines that power analytics and insight
  • Identify, evaluate, and introduce new data technologies and tools
  • Monitor system performance and continuously optimize for speed, scalability, and reliability
  • Mentor data engineers and analysts—build up the team and embed best practices
Professional competenceProfileWhat We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related
  • 5–8 years minimum in data architecture, engineering, or similar roles
  • Deep experience with data warehousing, ETL, cloud architectures (especially Azure), SQL/NoSQL, and big data platforms careers.selecta.ch
  • Solid grounding in API integrations, microservices, and security/compliance frameworks
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Certifications such as Azure Data or CDMP are an advantage
