Data Analytics & Regulatory Reporting Specialist Compliance & Risk (A)

• Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives with a focus on regulatory reporting
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver analytics and reporting solutions
• Execute regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports
• Design, develop, validate, implement and monitor models for Compliance process and control executions
• Assess, manage and document change requests raised by the business
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation with a high level of accuracy and diligence

• Strong banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a project-based environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM, economics, banking or finance
• Strong database programming skills, especially SQL
• Proficient programming skills, e.g. Python
• Experience in project management and/or business analysis
• Fluent in English (main business language); additional languages are an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
