- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead or support change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Support business HRBPs and employees Report to the Senior HRBP and collaborate with HR teams
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
