As Executive Administrative Assistant & Guest Ambassador at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will provide seamless executive support to senior leadership while serving as a Guest Ambassador creating exceptional first impressions for VIP arrivals. This dual role ensures flawless operations and personalized guest experiences aligned with Four Seasons standards.What you will doProvide comprehensive administrative support to General Manager and Executive CommitteeManage executive calendars, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential documentationGreet guests and manage arrival/departure protocols with warmth and precisionCoordinate executive briefings, presentations, and departmental communicationsHandle guest correspondence, special requests, and follow-up communicationsSupport event planning for executive functions, dinners, and owner meetingsMaintain organized filing systems and ensure data privacy complianceLiaise between executives, guests, and departments for seamless communicationWhat you bring3+ years executive administrative experience in luxury hospitalityProven success supporting executives in fast-paced environmentsExceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and discretionExcellent communication skills (English and German fluency required additional languages advantageous)Familiarity with luxury service standardsSwiss passport, EU passport, or current Swiss work permit required (Swiss regulations make this mandatory for employment)What we offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefitsEmployee meals and uniform laundry serviceMonthly Employee Recognition ProgramGlobal career growth opportunities through Task Forces and TransfersEmployee Travel Program (after 6 months: complimentary stays at Four Seasons worldwide)Schedule & Hours:Full-time position with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays per seasonalityTypical opening times: June-September (summer), December-March (winter)
