- Proactively prepare materials, briefings, and talking points for meetings, events, and presentations for the CEO
- Setup and prepare board of directors and executive committee meetings and workshops including timely invitations, protocols and coordination of follow-up
- Drive forward special projects and ad-hoc assignments from the CEO
- Manage and coordinate GWF’s corporate agenda of standing meetings and events in line with CEO availability and priorities
- Take responsibility for the CEOs agenda including travel and logistics
- Host and coordinate high-level guests and visitors
- Degree in Business Administration (University/FH) with initial work experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Native-level fluency in German and excellent English skills at a professional proficiency level
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Confident in working closely with senior leadership and managing complex priorities
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude and advanced digital competencies
- Affinity for technical products as well as a strong interest in topics related to industrial manufacturing
- Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and projects in dynamic, fast-paced environment
