Department: OperationsReports to: Head of OperationsDrive the future of mobility with BYD.
We’re looking for a strong operations profile to be part of our Logistics & Operations Swiss Team and become a pilar of our forthcoming growth.Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate finished Vehicle logistics and delivery operations (road, rail, sea, air).
  • Assure volume and mix of vehicle supply meets forecast but does not exceed incurring unnecessary storage costs.
  • Monitor continuously all Logistics and Operations KPIs including inventory analysis & transport cost tracking and storage cost optimization.
  • Monitor logistics performance and delivery timelines, and flag potential risks or delays proactively.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Planning, and Finance to align plan with flawless execution.
  • Set up logistics processes for inbound transport, vehicle inventory, compounds, and outbound operations.
Your Profile:
  • At least 3 years in logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination (automotive experience is an asset).
  • Academic Degree with specialization in Business related area.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and German – Chinese or any other European Language will be considered an asset.
  • Hands-on, result oriented, pressure tolerant, do more & talk-less attitude is indispensable
