Take on Deputy QP (FvP) responsibilities, including batch release, recalls, and ensuring smooth GDP-compliant distribution
Lead, strengthen, and evolve our Quality Management System (QMS) to meet the highest GMP/GDP standards
Be the go-to quality partner for Swissmedic, cantonal authorities, and external collaborators
Drive management reviews, internal audits, and approve reprocessed batches/products
Act as PRRC under the Swiss Medical Devices Ordinance, playing a key role in regulatory compliance
Ensure adherence to Swiss regulations for narcotics and controlled substances
Investigate and resolve deviations, complaints, CAPAs, and recalls, turning challenges into improvements
Oversee and maintain essential quality documentation (SOPs, PQRs, Technical Agreements)
Contribute to supplier qualification and empower colleagues through training and knowledge sharing
A degree in pharmacy or a scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, biology)
8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 5+ years in Quality Assurance
Proven experience as Swiss QP (FvP) or Deputy QP (at least 3 years)
A deep understanding of Swiss regulatory frameworks (TPA, MPLO, GDP, GMP, BetmG)
Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to act independently and responsibly
Excellent communication abilities to build trust and foster collaboration at all levels
Fluency in English and German (French is a plus)
Experience working with Swissmedic and international health authorities - a clear advantage
