Design and build scalable data pipelines on Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow) to support analytics, AI, and Data Products.
Consult clients on modern data architectures, best practices, and Databricks platform design.
Implement data transformations, ingestion frameworks, and automated workflows using Unity Catalog and Delta Live Tables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Architects, Business Stakeholders) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support clients through workshops, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across the full data lifecycle.

YOUR CAPCO-FIT

Strong experience with Databricks (including certifications such as Data Engineer Associate/Professional).
Solid skills in Python, SQL, Spark, Delta Lake, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Consulting mindset: communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
Understanding of data governance, data quality concepts, and secure data access management (Unity Catalog preferred).
Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in agile project environments with complex enterprise data landscapes.
Fluent English and German language coupled with presentation skills.
