:PM Group are looking for a Package Lead - CSA to work on a Pharma Labs and Offices retro fit project. The role will be based near Schaffhausen in Switzerland :
Lead CSA construction package for pharma laboratory and office retrofit, including structural modifications, architectural finishes, and civil infrastructure works
Interface with architects, structural engineers, and civil consultants to resolve design issues, review submittals, and ensure pharma facility compliance
Supervise civil, structural, and architectural contractors; ensure adherence to pharma construction standards and clean room requirements
Coordinate structural modifications with existing building systems, assess load impacts, and ensure structural integrity during renovation activities
Oversee installation of pharma-grade finishes, clean room panels, specialized flooring, and architectural elements meeting cGMP standards
Manage civil works including drainage modifications, utility routing, foundation work, and site improvements to support laboratory operations
Ensure all CSA work complies with building codes, pharma facility requirements, and accessibility standards
Maintain as-built drawings, structural calculations, architectural specifications, and coordinate turnover packages for CSA elements

Minimum 8-10 years construction experience with 5+ years in pharma, laboratory, or regulated industry projects
Comprehensive knowledge of pharma facility construction, clean room architecture, structural systems, and civil infrastructure
Understanding of pharma facility design standards, cGMP construction requirements, and clean room classification protocols
Proven experience leading CSA packages on complex construction projects with coordination of multiple trades
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline
