Development (Co-)Lead

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute development projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Define and enforce coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to integrate technical solutions with business needs.
• Analyze requirements, design system architecture, and oversee programming solutions.
• Implement and monitor rigorous testing processes.
• Coordinate release planning and manage tasks for internal and external developers.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for systems and applications.
• Monitor technology trends and introduce relevant innovations.
• Define and maintain the technical ecosystem, including development and testing environments.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Act promptly in case of system incidents.

• At least 3 years’ experience in software development
• Proven success in managing development projects.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, Nest.js, TypeORM, Redis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud platforms (GitHub Actions, Heroku/AWS).
• Knowledge of system architecture, API design, and database management (PostgreSQL, REST).
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
