In this role, you will help build our brand-new, user-centered intranet and support the creation of an important one-stop shop for relevant content, essential tools, and services that connect our employees across our many global locations and help them thrive.As a modern, innovative company at the intersection of technology and finance, SIX offers you the chance to join a dynamic, passionate team of highly skilled professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders across the company. We are looking for the right candidate to take on this role from November 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026.What You Will Do
  • Support the migration of content from our current Drupal intranet to our new Powell Intranet (SharePoint online-based) platform.
  • Assist with structuring, formatting, and publishing content to ensure a user-friendly experience.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Communications team to maintain consistent design, tone, and style across pages.
  • Test migrated pages and functionalities, flagging and fixing issues in coordination with IT and our implementation partner.
  • Help document processes, templates, and best practices for content management.
What You Bring
  • You're studying for your Bachelor's or Master's in communications, marketing or web development and seeking a part-time working student position
  • Basic knowledge of UX best practices, SharePoint Online or other CMS platforms; experience with Powell Intranet is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for clean, consistent design and formatting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good written English skills and a knack for clear, concise content presentation.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and intranet best practices.
