
Business Finance Controller (f/m/d)

- Develop and maintain high-level business acumen, including market trends, competition, and challenges
- Contribute to defining the strategic roadmap and challenge commercial and marketing strategies to ensure profitable growth
- Set up the forecasts, anticipate risks and opportunities on a medium term
- Challenge the Sales Directors and their teams on the performance & objectives and develop economic awareness within the organization
- Actively contribute to ensure the compliance of the entity
- Support business in implementing new business models or transformation initiatives and manage potential impacts
- Drive commercial performance by optimizing customer mix, developing channels, cross-selling, and optimizing cost to serve, including active participation in sales council and sales reviews

- Experience in finance and performance systems management roles with strong business understanding
- Demonstrated business acumen skills
- Strong analytical skills and Digital mindset
- Capable of handling multiple and conflicting priorities as well as effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Open to discuss and challenge stakeholders as well as inspire and influence change management
- Strong collaboration and team working skills
- Expertise in accounting, controlling & business partnership incl. project controlling
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. German and/or French are a plus
