We promote open collaboration across risk units, leveraging innovation and technology to enhance risk in- and foresight.The successful candidate will report to the Head CRO Business Management and collaborate closely with the CRO colleagues in Switzerland and globally, particularly with the Chief Credit Officer (CCO), Head Non-Financial Risk Control (NFRC) and Head Market & Treasury Risk Control (M&TRC).YOUR CHALLENGEManage daily tasks and requests from the CCO, Head NFRC and Head M&TRC in a timely and efficient mannerAssist the CCO, Head NFRC and Head M&TRC in preparing materials for submission to internal governing bodies, such as the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and other CommitteesSupport cross-functional projects across Credit, NFRC and M&TRC working closely with leadership teams and senior stakeholders. Drive projects forward independently, demonstrating strong organisational skills and proactive problem-solvingPrepare high-quality content for the CCO, Head NFRC and Head M&TRC, including internal and external presentations, briefings, and special topic research, accompanied by relevant data and insightsCollaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to gather information, and present data in a clear and concise visual format, while also crafting talking points to support key messagesSupport the CCO, Head NFRC and Head M&TRC on budgeting, and forecasting of their Run-the-Bank budget, incl. ad-hoc analyses related to cost management and workforce planningYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree or other higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Banking and Finance2 - 4 years’ experience as financial generalist in the financial industryProficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointOpen for new challenges and willingness to learnStrong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skillsProactive and ability to work independently on own initiativeTeam-oriented as well as able to lead and motivate othersStrong communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsAble to work under pressure and react positively in the face of changeVery good communicative skills; fluent in English and GermanWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
