Global Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

• Oversee complex global accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure consistency across global subsidiaries
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS)
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Support internal and external audits at group level
• Oversee the global and consolidated reporting matters
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in global accounting workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and finance departments in different countries and act as an advisor for various subsidiaries and global finance leaders
• Conduct trainings for various Stakeholders and develop team members

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration on Master Level or similar (Swiss CPA, Chartered Expert in Financial Managerial Accounting and Reporting)
• Experience in international accounting, particularly in a global corporate structure
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAPs and a genuine interest in staying up to date
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. Any additional languages are an asset
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
