You will manage identity lifecycle processes, application integrations, and governance workflows, contributing to a secure and compliant IAM environment.Your key tasks

Operate, maintain, and evolve One Identity Manager platforms
Design, implement, and support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes
Manage workflows, role models, access policies, and certifications
Integrate applications and target systems into the IGA platform
Maintain synchronization, mappings, and job server operations
Contribute to access control governance for privileged and non-privileged identities
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and provide L2/L3 support
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks aligned with audit and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
Solid background in Identity Governance / IGA
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, and authentication concepts
Working knowledge of SQL
Strong documentation mindset and compliance awareness
Fluent English

It would be a real bonus if you have

Knowledge of One Identity Safeguard
Proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible
Italian
