Supervise the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of managing satellite, payload, launch vehicle, and ground equipment projects. Support proposal preparation by estimating costs and scheduling future projects.
Responsible for internal reporting (quality / cost / schedule).
Coordinate design, FEM analysis, product assurance, quality, procurement, subcontracting, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipment to customers.
Play a key role in customer relations and internal coordination.
Requirements
Master's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or structural engineering.
Strong technical background, preferably with early career experience in CAD design, FEM analysis, and manufacturing/testing.
Understanding customer needs and influencing design and optimization to meet quality/cost/time objectives.
Experience in writing technical and administrative documentation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in space engineering, ideally in a similar role.
You demonstrate great autonomy, initiative, and efficiency in achieving objectives while optimizing resources.
You have excellent proficiency in the MS Office software suite and are familiar with ERP programs.
Periodically bring together multidisciplinary teams to stimulate and converge toward project goals.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken), and French is highly desirable.
You are able to travel within Switzerland and abroad (approximately 20% of your time).
