We have exciting opportunities for Full-Time German Speaking Customer Support Agents in sunny Malta!What will you do?
As a Customer Support, you’ll professionally respond to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls).
- Understand, follow and remain knowledgeable of client policies and guidelines.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using appropriate methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer support targets.
- Evaluate and make decisions by defined policies and guidelines.
- Report and provide feedback on trends, common end-user mistakes and questions to the manager, promptly.
- Escalate violations of client policies and instances of fraud using internal tools and processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities in workflow, and automation and suggest solutions to relevant teams.
- Interface effectively with other internal and client teams.
- Balance priorities of workflow in line with stakeholder expectations.
- Participate in training to conduct correct and accurate moderation policies.
- Support different workflows, clients, and markets as and when required.
- Highschool diploma;
- EU nationality or Malta residence card;
- Technical skills: familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
- Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2)

- Schedule: Monday to Sunday- 7am to 3.30pm or 3.30pm to 12am (rotational shifts) 5 days with 2 days off.
- Base Salary
- Quarterly Government support of 130 euros
- KPI (Performance) bonus: After 6 months and every February and August, the candidate is entitled to 2 yearly bonuses depending on the performance Up to 200 euros for each.
- Contract:Indefinite
- Full Training for 2 weeks. (The candidate should be onsite during this time)
- Health insurance- following 6 months of employment

- Accommodation in the hotel paid by the company, (booked for 5 nights then it can be extended up to 3 weeks)
