The mission of Après-demain SA’s Capital Management division is to ensure the group's long-term growth and independence by preserving, diversifying and enhancing its financial reserves through a global investment strategy covering five sectors: Finance (cash management and a diversified portfolio of liquid assets), Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Debt and Participations.For our Private Equity Funds & Co-investments team, we are looking for a:Analyst – Private Equity Funds & Co-investmentsIntegrated within the Private Equity Funds & Co-investments team, the analyst contributes to the management of the fund and co-investment portfolio by performing quantitative and qualitative monitoring of investments; participating in the analysis and selection of new investment opportunities (funds and co-investments), particularly for the managers assigned to them; coordinating subscriptions with the Middle Office and ensuring follow-up with the Back Office to contribute to a consistent quality of operational execution.In parallel, they will support the Private Equity Manager Funds & Co-Investments on recommending allocations in funds/co-investments as well as on the implementation of the investment strategy decided by the management.Main Responsibilities :
Participate in the analysis of new investment opportunities: due diligence, research of additional information, preparation of investment memorandums, monitoring of the subscription (review of the LPA / Side letter and coordination of other documents with the Middle Office)
Manage the relationship with a portion of the managers in our portfolio across different PE strategies (Buyout, Growth, Secondaries), notably by participating in various events (including annual meetings and conferences)
Monitor investments: analysis of quarterly reports, preparation of summaries, weekly monitoring of performance (NAV) and cash flows (distributions / capital calls)
Prepare portfolio reviews and carry out recurring or ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses of the portfolio
Requirements
Master's degree in Finance or from a Business School
1-2 years of experience proven experience in Private Equity (Secondary funds/ Co-investment) and a good general "financial" culture (macroeconomics, Equity, Fixed Income, etc.)
Knowledge of the investment modalities in Private Equity funds acquired through a first hands-on experience in the field
Good skills with the Office Pack and proficiency in Excel (VBA, Poweer BI)
Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to present to various stakeholders
Good interpersonal skills with both internal teams and external actors, curiosity
Bilingual in French and English
Very good presentation skills and command of office tools (Internet, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
Proficiency in advanced data analysis and representation on Excel
