Senior IT/OT Project Manager – Security (IAM) 3 days onsite in Visp (CH) with German skills

- Lead planning and delivery of OT infrastructure projects supporting IT/OT domain separation
- Implement a global OT domain architecture aligned with enterprise security standards
- Improve authentication and authorization governance within OT environments
- Enable centralized OT user account management integrated with MyAccess IAM
- Reduce operational risk by eliminating legacy and end-of-life system dependencies
- Coordinate stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and reporting
- Ensure delivery aligns with IT security policies, GxP standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead steering committee meetings and provide executive-level reporting
- Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and delivery tracking
- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of IT/OT architecture, including identity, security, and infrastructure domains
- Experience implementing OT domain environments, IAM integration, or directory services
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, data centers, and network security
- Experience working in regulated environments (pharmaceutical or similar industries)
- Familiarity with GxP, FDA compliance, and validation processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- PMP or Prince2 certification
- Fluent in English and German
