For our growing SAP Team, we are looking for a passionate and experiencedProgram Manager (Logistics)In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment that will together with external partners to perform roll-outs in record time.What We Offer YouYou will be responsible for the realization of challenging SAP rollouts and projects as part of our Global SAP team
  • Lead SAP TM program from initiation to successful completion.
  • Manage expectations on the development of solid project plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), handling risks, issues and objections.
  • Manage timelines, budgets and quality without compromise.
  • Shape group wide digitalization initiatives and translate concepts into solutions that simplify and strengthen core business processes.
  • Defining, orchestrating, and steering essential work packages across diverse cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project targets and efficient resource utilization
  • Manage overall services relationship end-to-end, steering committees and project office, between SIKA, SI partner and Central SAP template team
  • Ensure transparency and rigorous risk management
  • Secure alignment across senior stakeholders and anchors delivered solutions sustainably in the organization.
  • Vigilantly securing robust change, quality, and risk management protocols within all assigned projects, mitigating potential disruptions and upholding standards.
QualificationsYour expertise - Our strength:
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager in the SAP domain.
  • Experience working across a range of SAP implementations, rollout projects with special focus on Logistics / Transportation management
  • Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Value driven mindset even when navigating complexity.
  • You show empathy and resilience, and you take responsibility when the situation becomes demanding
  • Readiness for extensive travelling
  • Fluent in English, German is a big advantage
  • We do offer 1 day home office per week.
