  • Contact person to address technical inquiries from our customers
  • Providing telephone support as the first level of customer assistance
  • Managing administrative tasks such as recording fault reports and providing initial feedback
  • Resolving more complex malfunctions as the second level, in collaboration with the first and second levels
  • Assisting with software and hardware malfunctions, either through telephone support or by finding remote access solutions
  • Working together with hardware suppliers and managing IT procurement
  • Conducting on-site visits to partners, such as transport companies
  • Serving as an internal contact person for IT infrastructure tasks, such as setting up laptops and installing printers
  • Managing warehouse operations, including delivery notes, orders, and inventory management
  • Working with various technologies, including Linux, Windows (clients and office applications), SSH on Unix, Exchange, MYSQL, and Switch VLAN configurations
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science EFZ (System Engineering) and preferably have previous professional experience with the mentioned tasks and technologies
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, adaptability, persistence, and personal dedication
  • Excellent service orientation, administrative and organizational skills
  • Advantageous to have a valid driver's license category B
  • Proficient in Swiss German, good command of English, and basic comprehension of French
