Join a leading global provider of diabetes medical technology and play a key role in ensuring patients and healthcare professionals receive life-changing medical devices accurately and on time.Your MissionAs a Senior O2C Specialist, you will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, acting as the primary contact for German-speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical-device environment.Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end O2C process
Process, validate, and monitor customer orders with high accuracy
Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams
Handle billing, invoicing & payment-related inquiries
Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies
Support German-speaking patients, clinics & healthcare professionals
Collaborate with supply chain, finance & customer service teams
Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, KPIs & SLAs

What Were Looking For

Fluent German (C1+)
Experience in Order-to-Cash, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Porto
EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse / Eligible visa status

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 1,500€ gross/month (14 salaries/year)
Meal Allowance: 300€ (current policy)

From 01/01/2026: 7.63€ net per working day * 3,000€ Welcome Bonus (subject to company policy)

Permanent contract with 90-day trial period
Health insurance from Day 1

Relocation Package (If moving to Portugal)

Studio in company-shared accommodation from Day 1
280€/month (deducted from payslip)
Up to 12 months duration
