- You will coordinate and help manage grant-related administrative and financial processes to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- You will oversee documentation, payments, follow-up actions, and internal controls linked to grant activities.
- You will support compliance-related reviews and help maintain aligned, reliable, and up-to-date procedures.
- You will contribute to reporting, data quality, and process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance, answer operational questions, and facilitate day-to-day grant management.
- You will support system and process enhancements by identifying improvement opportunities and helping implement practical solutions.
- You bring solid experience in administration, grants operations, finance coordination, or a similar support function.
- You demonstrate strong organisational skills and know how to manage several priorities with accuracy and good judgment.
- You are comfortable working with reporting tools, databases, and Excel, and you enjoy improving workflows and processes.
- You communicate fluently in English, and you are at ease in French; any additional language is considered an asset.
- You are recognised for your reliability, attention to detail, service-oriented mindset, and collaborative approach.
- You are able to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a team-oriented and international environment.
