- Design and implement scalable, secure, and business-aligned software solutions for our clients
- Lead end-to-end architecture on complex projects, from pre-sales to production deployment, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Define strategic architectural decisions (patterns, technologies, integrations) and produce associated technical documentation (ADRs, guidelines)
- Actively contribute to development (code reviews, POCs, critical components) while ensuring overall technical consistency
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions, containerized architectures, and robust CI/CD pipelines
- Act as the technical interface between project teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into pragmatic technical solutions
- Contribute to internal capability building (mentoring, technology monitoring, best practice improvements)
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture on large-scale projects, with the ability to bridge strategic vision and hands-on implementation
- Strong expertise in modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, hexagonal, clean architecture) and design principles (SOLID, DDD)
- Excellent knowledge of current technology stacks such as Java, .NET, Angular, or React
- Proven experience in building scalable and resilient systems using cloud and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of application security (OWASP, authentication/authorization, encryption)
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring of distributed systems
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills across business and IT teams
- Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus
