If so, we want you as our Floor Supervisor Housekeeping (m/f/d) to support, guide, and work directly with our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards.Your Responsibilities:
  • Actively clean and support the team in maintaining guest rooms and public areas – this is a hands-on role, not just supervision
  • Lead by example by working side-by-side with your team, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in organizing daily housekeeping tasks and workflow to optimize productivity
  • Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff, ensuring high team morale
  • Manage linen and cleaning supply stock, ensuring availability and proper use
  • Respond to guest requests and housekeeping-related issues promptly
