Michael Bailey AssociatesOne of our clients is seeking a Sales ConsultantFull-time permanent positionHybrid / BernMust speak fluent German (French is a bonus)You will provide collaborative advice, build strong relationships, and support our customers from initial contact to long-term cooperation. You create a trust-building experience, contribute your perspective, and actively shape the further development of our solution and sales process.Skills and requirements:- Completed vocational basic training (EFZ)
- Ability to understand topics thoroughly, analyse them in a structured way, and explain them clearly.
- Ability to design presentations and sales materials in a structured and results-oriented manner.
- Strong affinity for modern, scalable sales processes and a passion for process optimization and tools.
- Excellent IT user skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Quick comprehension, high level of initiative and motivation
- Excellent communication skills in German; knowledge of French is an advantage
