Work globally across and with Datwyler's divisions and functions to define and execute a voice of customer strategy to drive actionable customer and prospect insight generation from indirect, as well as direct, customer engagement and input
Serve as a Datwyler customer champion, evangelizing and demonstrating the value of capturing and leveraging customer insight across the organization
Define and execute a market intelligence approach using third party data to generate consistent insight generation for market evaluation and sizing, ad hoc and annual strategic planning
Define and execute data analytics-driven strategy and use-cases to generate customer and prospect insight from both primary and external data
Our requirements
University or HES diploma in a relevant field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with voice of customer generation (direct and data analytics-driven) and market intelligence
English fluency. German or Mandarin desirable as second language
Strong listening, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
Entrepreneurial, proactive, open to change
