Quality and Technical support director with strong Materials Technical background

- Coordinate and elevate company-wide TQM practices, ensuring “Quality In–Quality Out” at every stage. The position is based at our headquarters in Switzerland, with approximately 15% travel.
- Phase One: Become fully familiar with our existing TQM at our legacy factory, focusing on transmission segments. In this capacity, you will oversee approximately €30–50M in production and lead the ongoing build-out of our testing facilities to support rapid global sales growth.
- Phase Two (approximately 6–12 months later): Coordinate across our two industrial sites, including Aritec new industrial site established in 2024, which will have 4–6x higher production volume across multiple segments. In this function, then you will report directly to the Group CEO.
- Draft and approve Certificates of Analysis (COAs) that precisely meet each customer’s specifications.
- Lead and mentor local quality teams, standardising procedures across all sites.
- Serve as the primary quality liaison for our major European and global customers—predominantly large multinational groups.
- Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and ongoing Six Sigma projects to push performance beyond the next mile.
- Manage and update end-to-end documentation for serial products, driving continuous quality reviews and improvements.
- Oversee new-product development projects, ensuring they meet all technical specifications, customer quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional quality-improvement initiatives, working closely with manufacturing, R&D, supply-chain, and commercial teams.
- Act as the internal technical liaison between sales and operations, providing robust product-quality support and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain product application dossiers, including specifications, identification protocols, and test reports.
- Continuously expand and share technical knowledge to keep the organization at the forefront of industry best practices.•
- Mastert degree from a leading University in Business, Materials Science, Engineering.
- Minimum of Three years in a similar role within a multicultural and international environment
- In-depth experience Quality management, ideally from some certification companies, such as SGS, TUV, Veritas, DNV etc..
- Proven ability to manage relationships with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams, and navigate foreign cultures
- Good knowledge of Applications and its terminologies related to our segments specified products from a global perspective (materials, design, technology, development and testing)
- Active listening to customers and able to come up with technical solutions.
- Project management skills with ability to get involved in a project, to provide results with a good follow-up of the constraints: schedules, deliverables, reporting, risks, setting priorities
- Fluency in English,
- Proficiency in German is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams
