- Own the full GTM strategy and execution, from top-of-funnel demand gen to contract negotiation and closing
- Lead both self-serve and enterprise sales funnels, tailoring strategies to different buyer profiles
- Hit and exceed revenue targets, backed by smart forecasting and performance tracking
- Personally close 6- and 7-figure deals with clients in energy, weather, and finance
- Craft and test growth tactics, including email campaigns, paid media, content initiatives, and more
- Be our public voice - host webinars, write thought leadership, represent us at events
- Travel internationally to meet with enterprise clients, deliver workshops, and win deals
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently beating quota
- 2+ years as a founding sales team member or GTM lead in a startup or scale-up
- Experience selling to energy, weather, or finance sectors - you speak “trader” and “meteorologist” fluently
- Proven ability to close high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Track record of owning demand gen and direct sales, ideally in Head of Sales or Head of Growth roles
- Creative, analytical, and hungry to win - no task is beneath you
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a technical or quantitative field
- Experience launching AI/ML products
- Proficiency with outbound automation tools like Clay, HubSpot, or custom CRMs
- Want to go all-in and help build a generational company
