Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate and motivated German Speaking Travel Support Advisor to join our vibrant team in Bulgaria. As part of this role, you will play an essential role in assisting our German-speaking clients with their travel needs while providing exemplary customer service.Your main responsibilities will include helping clients navigate their travel inquiries, aiding with bookings, and addressing any issues that may arise throughout their journey. Your proficiency in both German and English will be key in establishing strong relationships with our clients and ensuring they have a seamless travel experience.Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Guide clients in the booking process and provide detailed information about available travel options
  • Resolve any inquiries or issues that clients may experience before and during their travels
  • Document all client interactions accurately in our internal systems
  • Work closely with other teams to enhance the overall travel experience
  • Inform clients about services and promotions to improve satisfaction
  • Gather client feedback to support ongoing service improvements
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer service or travel support role is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A friendly and positive attitude with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
