Working Student in Customer Success & Projects Team

• Proactive task and project management within your team and with others.
• You will handle device setup, shipping, and logistics topics. Here, no prior experience is required, and training will be provided on the job. Office presence will be required on 3 days of the week.
• You will also monitor the health of IoT device fleets, manage their identifiers and links to other systems. So, we expect you to familiarise yourself with network-related topics like cloud/edge topologies, IP routing, SSH or VPNs.
• You will actively participate in IT project management and the setup and handling of data systems, applying these skills within our dynamic business environment.
• You will engage with operations-focused processes to establish IoT hardware systems and support the effective integration of API-based software platforms.

• The position aims for master's students in General Management, Business Innovation or Computer Science and requires enrolment in a Swiss academic institution. Also, a Swiss work permit is required.
• In general, you should be familiar with IT concepts. Especially API querying, database structures and analytics insights generation should be familiar. You won’t have to code yourself, but your workflows will immerse you with people handling these things nearly every day. Knowledge of real-time data flows and ad delivery processes will come in handy, but is not required.
• Nobody will come and fix your computer. But you will be free to choose between using a Mac, Linux or Windows. In that order.
• Fluent English language skills in speech and writing are a must. German or Spanish skills will come in handy, but are not required.
