Design and deliver blended learning programs and e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360 and AI technologies
Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to develop skill-based training aligned with job roles and competencies
Embed company values and behaviors into learning content through interactive scenarios
Create multimedia content including videos and microlearning assets
Analyze training effectiveness with data tools (Power BI, Excel) and provide actionable insights
What you bring
Experience in corporate training, instructional design, and adult learning principles
Proficiency with e-learning and multimedia tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond) and LMS/LXP platforms
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Power BI, Excel)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments
Preferred: Degree or certifications in Learning Technologies or related fields, AI learning tools experience, and background in Operations or technical training
