- Creation of sales & training materials, business plans and go-to-market strategies

- Must have technical background (MSc or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in optics/photonics
- Experience in management consulting advantageous
- Ability to identify new customers, build up & maintain relationships
- Ability to understand customers' technical requirements and suggest solutions
- Passion for technology & innovation, winning personality, well organized, autonomous and prepared to travel internationally
- Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of German, other languages advantageous
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications
