Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by 2030.PositionSecure a professional and reliable outage and inspection management to our Service Business based on broad knowledge & passion for our GT26 and GT36 gas turbines.Your tasks
  • Lead international overhaul and inspection project for combined cycle power plants
  • Ensure best-in-class results during project preparation, execution and close out phase
  • Take responsibility for a dedicated project control in terms of time, cost and quality
  • Make sure that all work is performed according to Environmental Health & Safety-, Quality-, and schedule requirements
  • Set tasks and priorities including deadlines for the team
  • Monitor project execution performance, review targets in terms of time, cost and quality
  • Ensure closing of feedback loop after inspections and overhauls
  • Ensure an optimum deployment of assigned resources
  • Work in close cooperation with other Ansaldo departments, local Services Centers, field service personnel, suppliers and clients.
RequirementsYour profile
  • Degree in engineering and a skilled educational or professional background relevant to the power plant business with a high level of empathy to GT power plants
  • Minimum three years of experience in the field of construction, commissioning or service of Combined Cycle power plants
  • Excellent management skills, planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of gas turbines and combined cycle power plants
  • Customer service oriented with good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Motivating, reliable & goal-oriented team leader with the ability to handle conflicts proactively
  • Being flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel worldwide, whenever required (up to 10% of the time)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian and French would be an asset.
