To accomplish this, we put our collectors first and innovate tirelessly to optimize experiences across our platform.The eBay Collectibles team is looking for a Bern-based Strategy and Operations Lead to support the EU Collectibles leadership team. This role will be responsible for framing strategy, creating and refining business cases, managing key leadership cadences, crafting compelling executive-ready narratives, and driving select program execution for key collectibles categories including trading cards, coins, comics, and toys.eBay would not be what it is today without our amazing employees -– from Strategy & Operations managers to Customer Support and everyone in between. You will enable faster identification and resolution of issues.Other qualificationsRequired7+ years of relevant experience: Analytics, strategy & operations, management consulting, product management, or similar in e-commercial, retail, consumer goods, or consumer tech.BA/BS degree, or equivalent.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Excellent presentation skills + high-level proficiency in related tools: Google Slides and/or MS Powerpoint.Excellent analytical skills, experience pulling data/gathering insights, and high-level proficiency in related tools: Google Sheets and/or MS Excel.Excellent program/project management skills and high-level proficiency in related tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.Travel to industry events, external partners, and eBay offices as-needed (4+ times/year).PreferredMBA or similar graduate degree.2-sided marketplace experience.Industry experience in or personal passion for Collectibles (Trading Cards, Coins, Comics, Toys).Additional DetailseBay is an equal opportunity employer.
